Our wedding reception was truly unforgettable - everything we hoped for and more. The Panorama Hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a view to die for. We do not know when we have been at a venue where hospitality was taken as seriously as it was for the three days that we stayed with you. All areas of service, from check in to dinner and general organisation was so professionally done, that we wish five stars was sufficient for a rating (perhaps 10). The new owners are doing amazing things with this venue. The place looks wonderful and fresh and clean. We hosted a dinner for 17 people recently and were very well looked after. We arrived to find a beautifully set long table with white cloths flowers and tea lights. (totally unexpected). Everyone enjoyed all of their meals which were well cooked and extremely generous in size. (Oysters Kilpatrick seemed to be favourite.) Excellent value for money. Well done to all the staff. Nice quiet place to stay. Rooms are cleaned daily and facilities for guests use are excellent. Bistro has a great menu with well presented big meals. Wood fires burning in bar and guest lounges are a nice touch. Staff are friendly and nothing is a bother. Would stay again without hesitation. - Dion Morgan
